Our Team
Money Armour helps clients understand, and grasp the Who, What, Why, and How of their financial future. We work with our clients identifying needs, setting goals, protecting their assets, defining income and return on investments, helping with needed tax planning, establishing priorities and implementing systematic actions to achieve those goals.

Donald E. Wallace, CEBA, CRPC, and CEO
At age 21, Don became an owner of one NAPA Auto Parts store and grew to multiple stores consisting of NAPA, AutoPro, and CarQuest. He also opened a specialized race engine building machine shop, Wallace & Dewitt, until selling them to a large corporation. At the same time, he campaigned for the racing circuits of IHRA, AHRA, NHRA, ARCA, USAC, and NASCAR.
Don realized, from his own personal experiences, the power of strategic planning structures such as tax reduction rate i.e., asset protection, income stabilization, and personal goals, as well as the importance of needing to know what, why, when, where, who, and how. In 1986, Don changed his career and has since obtained his Series 7, Series 63, 65, 66 and earning a Securities Law Specialist license (Series 24). This qualifies Don be an OSJ (Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction). Other credentials obtained are a CEBA (Certified Estate & Business Analyst) and CRPC (Chartered Retirement Planning Consultant), as well as life and health licenses. Don has strong family values shared with his wife of 23 years, Kim, who has worked with him throughout the years and raised five children; daughter, Cindy, Restaurant Manager for Taco Mac, daughter Lisa, Contract Administrator for Homes by Towne, son, Scott, who is a senior partner with the law firm, Franco, Wallace & Packer, LLP, son, Dane, who is also a financial advisor, and son, Clayton, a Managing Mortgage Broker. He also has seven grandchildren and one great-grandson. Don is a member of The National Financial Planning Association in good standing for over 15 years. He also is a 1996 Inductee into the Cambridge Registry of the Who's Who of Financial Planning; Registered in the Library of Congress and a 2005 -2006 Inductee into the National Registers Who's Who in Executives and Professionals; Registered in the Library of Congress. Don has now over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. Don and his wife have acquired a foster care license though the YMCA's Safe Coalition for Families and help with these children.
Don has created a full training process for the deliverance of his proprietary planning software, (FMAP) to financial planners that is proving to be quickly learnable and effective. As CEO, Don’s other responsibilities include establishing and negotiating selling agreements with vendors, designing and communicating many of the advanced strategies and methodology that the Wealth Armour group offers its wealth advisors and ultimately our clients. After semi-retiring in 2000, at the age of 50, the synergies and opportunities herein, motivated him to rejoin his colleagues in a private practice full-time as of January, 2007.

Dane Wallace
A graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelors degree in Finance, Dane was an active member of the Professional Business Fraternity, Delta Sigma Pi and a member of the National Society of Colligate Scholars. Dane currently holds Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, as well as the Life, Health and Variable Annuity insurance licenses. Dane is working towards additional licenses and designations that will afford him to be more knowledgeable and be of more value to his clients, which includes his Certificate in Financial Planning from Florida State University. Dane and his wife Alia, live in Sarasota and are excited to be starting a family.
